Orders, pricing and delivery

Submitting an order is an offer to buy, not guaranteed acceptance. Stock, authorization, address accuracy, fraud controls, pricing mistakes or policy concerns can result in limits or cancellation. Checkout identifies prices and taxes, while the Shipping Policy explains fulfillment and carrier estimates.

Returns, rights and protected material

The Refund Policy accepts qualifying defective and non-defective new-merchandise returns and exchange requests made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days.
