How long does delivery take?

Preparation generally requires 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Carrier transit is then estimated at 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Checkout displays current shipping choices and charges.

Are no-defect returns and exchanges accepted?

Yes. Defective and non-defective new-item returns, as well as exchange requests, may be submitted during the 30 calendar days after delivery. A no-defect product must remain new, unused and in original condition.

How do I mail an eligible return?

Ask for approval first. A free prepaid return label is included inside the package, and there is no restocking fee. Once approved, use the enclosed label with the confirmed return address and instructions; support can help if the label is unavailable.

When is a refund initiated?

After approval, the refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Posting by the receiving financial institution can take longer.
