Shipping Policy

From authorization to packing

We begin preparing an order after its payment has been authorized. This step usually takes 1–2 business days, with weekends and applicable holidays excluded from the estimate.

Travel after shipment

Once the carrier receives the parcel, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. Handling time and carrier time are separate, and neither window promises arrival on a particular date. Available destinations, charges and any qualifying shipping offer appear during checkout.

Address and tracking care

Please supply a complete deliverable address and reachable contact details. Tracking can remain unchanged until the carrier completes an initial scan. We will review a correction submitted before dispatch, although a change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment starts.

A parcel that needs attention

Write to wasucey493@gmail.com about an extended delay, possible loss, damage, or a delivery scan you cannot locate. Include the order number, checkout email and tracking reference; photographs of both packaging and merchandise help with a damage review.
